MotelRate is in an early-access phase. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, pricing, features, or availability. We may contact you about the pilot, product updates, or a short demo or feedback call if you opt in on the form.

Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in ways that harm our systems, or submit false or misleading information on the application form.

Rate alerts and information on MotelRate are provided for informational purposes only. They are not legal, tax, or investment advice. You are responsible for your own pricing and business decisions.

The site and any pilot features are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of third-party rate data, or specific revenue outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MotelRate and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in the pilot. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which is zero during free early-access).

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
