• Property name and number of rooms
• Email address
• Phone number (if you choose to share it)
• Your description of pricing challenges (if you choose to share it)
• Whether you are open to a short demo or feedback call (optional checkbox)

When you browse the site, our hosting provider may automatically collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We use Vercel Web Analytics for privacy-friendly page-view metrics (no advertising cookies). We do not use third-party ad trackers on this site.

We use the information above to:

• Review and respond to early-access applications
• Contact you about pilot participation, product updates, or a demo or feedback call if you opt in
• Understand demand and improve MotelRate before and after launch
• Operate, secure, and maintain our website

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent.

If you are in a region that requires a legal basis for processing (such as the EEA or UK), we rely on your consent when you submit the early-access form, and on our legitimate interests in operating and improving an early-stage product and communicating with prospective motel owner customers.

We use trusted providers to run the site and store early-access submissions, including:

• Vercel — website hosting and delivery
• Supabase — database storage for early-access applications

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. Data may be processed in the United States or other countries where they operate.

We retain early-access applications for as long as needed to evaluate your request, communicate with you, and develop MotelRate, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or a longer period is required by law.

We will respond within a reasonable time. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
